What It Costs

Monthly carrying charges are due at the first of the month. Please note that carrying charges may be subject to change at the beginning of each fiscal year. Echo Ridge's fiscal year is the calendar year. Prices are as follows:

What to Expect

Acceptance for membership is a process that starts with your application. We accept new applications throughout the year. Applications are reviewed monthly. Please be advised that as of March 27, 2016, Echo Ridge Homes is no longer accepting applicants who smoke. As of April 6, 2016, the Board of Directors voted to make Echo Ridge a non-smoking community.

After you fill out the application, you'll submit it with a non-refundable $45 application fee and a photo. The Cooperative will then conduct background checks and the Board will meet to review your application. You‘ll be informed in a week or so of their decision, and if you're accepted, you'll be placed on our waiting list.

Typically people wait between two weeks and several months for their opportunity to join. depending on the type of unit they select. Echo Ridge has 155 units including studios, one- or two-bedroom apartments, and two- or three-bedroom townhouses.

NOTE: On February 15, 2017, the Board of Directors voted to allow cats as pets, two per unit. We are in full compliance with the Fair Housing Act which protects the right to have Emotional Support Animals, and the Americans with Disabilities Act, which protects the right to have Service Animals.
